Job Title: Mail Clerk / Coordinator Administrative

We are seeking a highly skilled Mail Clerk / Coordinator Administrative to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. This is a contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus, OH (Onsite).

Job Summary:

The Mail Clerk / Coordinator Administrative will be responsible for efficiently and securely packaging and shipping PCs and accessories to end users. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to manage conversations with customers and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging and shipping PCs and accessories to end users
  • Managing conversations with customers and management
  • Ensuring minimal shipping errors and high accuracy with ticket fulfillment
  • Ability to balance multiple workloads under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide/guidance support to others
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of PC Hardware and peripherals a plus
  • Self-starter: Ability to work effectively without constant supervision
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage conversations with customers and management
  • Detail oriented to ensure minimal shipping errors and high accuracy with ticket fulfillment
  • Ability to balance multiple workloads under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide/guidance support to others
