Job Title: Mail Clerk / Coordinator Administrative

This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus, OH (Onsite).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Mail Clerk / Coordinator Administrative to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and securely packaging and shipping PCs and accessories to end users, managing conversations with customers and management, and providing guidance support to others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging and shipping PCs and accessories to end users
  • Managing conversations with customers and management
  • Providing guidance support to others
  • Ensuring minimal shipping errors and high accuracy with ticket fulfillment
  • Ability to balance multiple workloads under pressure
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of PC Hardware and peripherals
  • Self-starter: Ability to work effectively without constant supervision
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a team environment
What We Offer:

Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). The pay range is $14 - $15.50/hour.
