Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, building strong relationships, and driving sales revenue through the development and growth of new sales and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including chefs, restaurateurs, and food service professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activity to ensure the highest level of knowledge and expertise
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the food service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • College degree preferred, but not required
