Position Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Supervisor to support our exceptional team dedicated to producing outstanding products and driving our growth. This role will involve overseeing financial statement preparation, conducting financial analyses, and managing budgets and forecasts in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports.
  • Engage in various special projects and compile detailed reports.
  • Conduct financial investigations as needed for local management.
  • Prepare receivables reports as required.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and commercial teams to understand business dynamics and their impact on financial performance.
  • Produce weekly and month-end reports for the business team.
  • Prepare financial documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.
  • Assist with internal and external financial audits.
  • Support the management of the Accounting and Costing departments.
  • Implement effective HR strategies to attract and retain a skilled and motivated workforce.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing or cost accounting is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is typically required.
  • Demonstrated advanced functional and technical skills, along with basic management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial functions and Flextronics' business operations.
  • Familiarity with various functional technologies and processes, and an understanding of their interrelations at the site level.
