About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Head Start Home Visitor to join our team at Family Building Blocks. As a Home Visitor, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of infants and toddlers in their homes, promoting a safe and nurturing environment, and empowering parents as their child's first teacher.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform weekly home visits to families, focusing on child development and family support
  • Provide parents with additional tools and resources to support their child's growth and development
  • Complete health tracking, developmental screenings, and help families access community resources
Requirements
  • Home-Based Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or comparable credential
  • One-year relevant experience providing social services, including working with infant/child development and at-risk families
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Have an Oregon driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive starting pay of $20.88-$22.15 per hour, depending on experience, as well as an additional rate for language differential pay.
