Outreach Home Visitor

Family Building Blocks is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outreach Home Visitor to join our team in Salem, Oregon. As an Outreach Home Visitor, you will play a vital role in supporting families and promoting healthy child growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based services to families in the Salem and Santiam Canyon area, promoting a positive home environment and supporting the well-being of children and families.
- Use therapeutic home visiting skills to strengthen parent-child relationships, improve parenting skills, and reduce family stress.
- Help parents identify and access community resources to achieve their goals.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development or related field, or equivalent combination of training and coursework.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in social work, including experience working with infant/child development and at-risk families.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.

- Competitive starting pay of $20.88-$22.15 per hour, depending on experience.
