Job Summary:

The Senior Workday Implementation Manager will lead the successful deployment of the Workday system for the City of Los Angeles. This role requires experience in Workday implementations, with a focus on large-scale projects, system integrations, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of Workday implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Manage complex Workday module integrations with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
Coordinate and mentor a cross-functional team, including Workday consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth user adoption.
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and project team, managing stakeholder communications and expectations.
Oversee post-implementation support and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:
Experience in Workday implementations with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
Extensive knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, etc.).
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Workday certification is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
