Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead, Workday Integration Engineer to join our team at Snap Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building complex, scalable integrations using Workday's integration tools, including Reports-as-a-Service, Enterprise Interface Builder, Document Transformation, Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services API.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and translating them into technology solutions
  • Performing solution assessments across Workday integration technologies
  • Advising on Workday API capabilities and limitations
  • Designing and building custom applications using Workday Extend platform and related technologies
  • Thoroughly testing integrations through unit testing and UAT
  • Analyzing the current integration landscape to identify and address technical debt
  • Designing and implementing robust error-handling mechanisms
  • Debugging and troubleshooting issues
  • Partnering with HRIS/Workday configurations team to evaluate and communicate technical impacts of configuration decisions
  • Participating in full life-cycle HRMS system implementations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in working with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and 5+ years of demonstrated Workday integration development experience using Workday's integration tools.

Preferred qualifications include 7+ years of extensive experience working with Workday modules, 2+ years of experience in Workday Extend development, and Workday Pro certifications in Integration Administration/WD Studio.

Compensation for this position is based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $152,000-$228,000 annually.

Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $144,000-$217,000 annually.

Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $129,000-$194,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
