Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at inSync Staffing. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining camera equipment, monitoring vehicle speeds, and processing paperwork accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Camera Operations: Set up and take down camera equipment at assigned locations, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Vehicle Monitoring: Monitor vehicle speeds at assigned locations, utilizing advanced technology to track and analyze data.
  • Paperwork Processing: Accurately process paperwork, including logging and reporting equipment-related issues.
  • Travel and Logistics: Travel locally within the assigned jurisdiction or within the State of NY, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Weather and Lighting Adjustments: Monitor weather and lighting conditions, making necessary adjustments to camera equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and other operators, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, representing inSync Staffing with integrity and respect.
Requirements
  • Clear Driving Record: Possess a clear driving record, with a valid Driver's License.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Independence: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Possess intermediate knowledge of operating computers and related equipment, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Photography Knowledge: Possess intermediate knowledge of photography principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting.
