About the Role:
  • Manage and prioritize part installs, quoted repairs, and servicing of clients' HVAC systems
  • Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
  • Accurately document all work completed according to company policy
  • Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service
  • Accountable for following all company safety procedures
  • Manage maintenance agreements for potential new clients
  • Partner with Project Manager to explore potential sales leads
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • EPA - Universal Certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license / clean driving record
  • OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred

The starting base range for this position is $20 to $23 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
