In the role of Training Manager, you will leverage your consulting, tactical, and technical experience to engage with leading minds in Army Training initiatives for the Army's V Corps. Your responsibilities will encompass the development, planning, analysis, and evaluation of the Army's training and readiness programs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in overseeing Army training
- At least 2 years of experience managing Army training at the Division or Corps level
- Proficiency as an ammunition manager with experience in the Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS)
- Experience in Brigade or Schools management
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Possession of a Secret clearance
- High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with military budgeting processes and systems
- Experience as a Bradley or Abrams Master Gunner at the Division level or higher
- Knowledge of Army training database systems, including DTMS
- Bachelor's degree
Clearance Requirements:
Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is influenced by various factors, including location, individual qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational needs. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this role and is part of Booz Allen's comprehensive compensation package.
