Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in overseeing Army training
  • At least 2 years of experience managing Army training at the Division or Corps level
  • Proficiency as an ammunition manager with experience in the Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS)
  • Experience in Brigade or Schools management
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
  • Possession of a Secret clearance
  • High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with military budgeting processes and systems
  • Experience as a Bradley or Abrams Master Gunner at the Division level or higher
  • Knowledge of Army training database systems, including DTMS
  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance Requirements:
Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is influenced by various factors, including location, individual qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational needs. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this role and is part of Booz Allen's comprehensive compensation package.
