Job Title:

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our team and support our litigation and investigative practice area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal support matters, excellent communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a broad array of legal support tasks, including preparing court documents and communications under tight deadlines.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with lawyers, paralegals, and administrative staff to optimize legal workflows and ensure seamless case management.


Requirements:

  • Possess an active Top Secret (TS) federal security clearance.
  • Hold at least 5 years of experience in legal/clerical roles in a law firm, Government legal practice, or court of justice.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Showcase excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and ability to adjust to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.


Compensation Package:

The annual salary range for this position is $94,900-$142,300, depending on factors such as skill sets, experience, and training.
