Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or an office setting.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a capacity for independent decision-making.
  • Willingness to spend approximately 90% of work hours on the phone and to sit for extended periods, with scheduled breaks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with various healthcare lines of business, including CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
