The Dobbs Truck Group is seeking a top-performing PacLease Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling PacLease full-service lease solutions, contract maintenance sales, vehicle finance sales, new and used vehicle sales, and equipment rentals.

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary for this role is approximately $75,000 to $95,000, depending on experience, plus commission and bonuses. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close deals through direct mail programs, telemarketing, and cold calls
  • Develop and present sales proposals to prospects for all product and service offerings
  • Manage existing PacLease customer base and develop new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years outside sales experience
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment and a qualified MVR abstract
  • Transportation industry experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organization and communication skills
