Parts Counter Specialist

The Dobbs Truck Group, a leading provider of commercial trucking solutions, seeks an experienced Parts Counter Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the sales department, this individual will be responsible for researching customer requirements, controlling parts inventory, processing invoices and payment, and managing return cores and warranty parts.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of direct customer-facing sales experience, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Heavy-duty truck aptitude is a must.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision. They will also be able to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
