Key Responsibilities:
As a Guest Services Associate or Front Desk Specialist, your primary duty is to ensure our guests receive the highest level of hospitality by:
- Providing assistance to guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
- Maintaining an exceptional standard of service and hospitality.
- Addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Processing guest charges, collecting payments, and adhering to all cash handling protocols as outlined by Concord.
- Managing guest correspondence and messages with utmost respect for privacy and professionalism.
- Being well-informed about the hotel brand and various offerings (travel programs, special promotions).
- Communicating effectively with different departments and management regarding guest feedback and concerns.
- Responding swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk support.
- Possessing comprehensive knowledge of hotel safety and emergency protocols.
