Role Summary: As a Shift Leader at WhiteWater Express Car Wash, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional experiences for our guests. This includes developing and implementing effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, maintaining accurate records and reports, and collaborating with other teams to achieve common goals.
