Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team at Lennar Mortgage. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a Welcome Home Center, working with customers to process sale agreements and close new home sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to determine their home buying needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sell, process, and close homes in accordance with company business plans.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including product, site, local community, sales, advertising, and demographics.
  • Provide timely and consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to closing and post-closing activities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review neighborhood status and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and record daily customer traffic using company designated tracking tools.
  • Prepare reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School or GED required.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in New Home Sales and/or commission real estate sales.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Valid auto insurance coverage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).

Working Conditions

Some office work may require occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving, and carrying office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Able to drive a vehicle.
