Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales success rates.
  • Manage a blended call queue, effectively handling customer inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and timely communication.
  • Process contracts and Major Account Agreement requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • A dynamic personality with high energy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools.
  • A strong commitment to confidentiality and data protection.
