Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate both new and existing clients about our services by delivering comprehensive information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication by following up on service installations.
  • Tailor pricing packages to meet customer needs, ensuring a complete sales cycle.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and offer effective solutions to enhance customer retention and brand loyalty.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to deepen product and service knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives to refine skills and contribute to a robust team dynamic.
