Team Overview
At Octopus Energy, we have established a cutting-edge platform that currently supports millions of customer accounts across various countries, with ambitious plans for future growth. The Industry Analytics division is a newly formed area within our product group, aimed at building a strong foundation of energy industry expertise. Our analysts utilize specialized knowledge to identify challenges and provide effective solutions for our clients and their customers. We ensure the successful management of industry data and collaborate with Tech and Product teams to create compliant and efficient products.
Key Responsibilities
As part of your role, you will:
- Utilize your in-depth understanding of local energy dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements to:
- Identify and take ownership of issues, conducting thorough root cause analyses and driving resolutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting errors and inconsistencies in industry communications.
- Monitor the performance of our industry products, proactively addressing issues to enhance consumer experiences.
- Assess compliance requirements and implement necessary changes in collaboration with technical teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify enhancements and new features for our platform.
- Gather project requirements and help draft documentation to facilitate smooth project initiation.
