Summary:
This role is ideal for individuals seeking a stable work schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekends off. At 3form, we foster a relaxed yet professional atmosphere where you will be an integral part of our team.
As a customer service representative at 3form, you will interact with both internal and external clients, conveying essential information regarding 3form and its products and services. The initial interaction a customer has with 3form Customer Service can significantly influence their perception of our company. Therefore, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor is crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from 3form Sales Representatives and customers.
- Pose relevant questions to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Respond promptly to customer voicemails, emails, and chat messages.
- Assist with front desk coverage, which includes direct interaction with customers and vendors.
- Collaborate closely with Project Coordinators and Project Managers to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Make outbound calls to provide customers with updates on their order shipments.
- Arrive at work punctually and adhere to the scheduled shift, including designated lunch breaks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Preferred: Some college education along with 2-3 years of experience in inbound and/or face-to-face customer service.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Capable of effectively communicating with customers and employees.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and handle various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. Capable of interpreting a variety of instructions presented in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Compensation:
$18-$19/hour
