The successful candidate will be embedded within the client's leadership framework, taking charge of strategic and operational initiatives that are vital for successful vendor and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Security Manager will collaborate closely with business partners and vendor leadership, providing insights and recommendations for process enhancements that contribute to a comprehensive security program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vendor management and compliance related to security personnel.
  • Lead strategic security initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with global process standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate security with progressive management responsibilities.
  • Expertise in security risk management and operational processes within a complex corporate security environment.
  • Ability to articulate complex issues clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Relevant certifications in the Incident Command System are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a security-related field.
  • Certifications such as CPP, PSP, PMP, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems and procedures.
