Collaborate as a member of a multidisciplinary team in providing behavioral health treatment services to veteran clients and their families, facilitating their recovery journey in daily life.
Qualifications/Essential Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in direct clinical supervision of professionals involved in group, family, and individual counseling, or an equivalent combination of education and training
- Must meet the qualifications as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) according to state regulations
- Preferred background in military service, affiliation, or a strong record of supporting and advocating for veterans
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency and expertise, evidenced by successful application in healthcare environments
- Ability to manage and complete documentation within electronic health records
- Competence in utilizing standard computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
- Strong writing skills to accurately fulfill required documentation within designated timeframes
- Capability to present and coordinate educational sessions for clients, families, staff, or community organizations
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency insurance criteria
- Personal transportation is necessary
- Alignment with the mission and vision of Rosecrance
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established work hours as determined by leadership, with availability for additional hours and on-call duties as required.
- Provide comprehensive supervision for assigned team members, including orientation, training, regular supervisory meetings with constructive feedback, scheduled evaluations, and necessary disciplinary actions.
- Offer oversight and guidance to assigned community-based teams.
- Deliver clinical supervision to team members.
- Conduct clinical reviews of treatment plans for clients, ensuring the completion, review, and signing of all required clinical documentation.
- Ensure that individual and group census numbers adhere to required standards.
- Provide individual, family, and group intervention services as necessary.
- Assist with case management and group coverage when required.
- Facilitate team meetings and case reviews.
- Guide and clinically supervise the assigned team in conjunction with ongoing leadership support.
- Familiarize with all relevant state and county contracts, completing monthly reports as necessary.
- Maintain client service records in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements.
- Present and coordinate educational sessions for clients, families, staff, and community resources as needed.
- Support the leadership of weekly clinical team meetings.
- Provide administrative support for on-call duties.
- Participate as a member of the Administrative Team, engaging in all team meetings and activities.
- Understand and comply with all principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
- Perform all responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, values, and expectations of Rosecrance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every individual served.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating positive guest relations in representing the agency.
- Assume additional responsibilities as delegated by leadership.
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday through Friday
