- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Proven experience in apparel sales, preferably in the resort market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and exceed sales targets
- Strong closing skills, with the ability to listen and ask the right questions to get customers exactly what they need
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of resort apparel market trends and customer preferences preferred
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems, including Salesforce
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment
