We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Specialist to join our team at Penn Medicine. This role involves overseeing the preparation of compounded sterile products (CSPs), ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental control requirements, and developing training programs for pharmacy personnel.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of USP and guidelines. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sterile compounding.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $125,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including prepaid tuition assistance, health insurance, and retirement plans.

  2. Develop and implement training programs for pharmacy personnel
