Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the medication distribution system, providing pharmaceutical care and services to patients, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care. A key aspect of this position is staying up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical trends and developments.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the work of pharmacy technicians and interns
* Provide pharmaceutical care and services to hospital inpatients and outpatients
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (RPH-LIC) and 2 years of experience working in a university or teaching hospital setting are essential. Preference will be given to those with a Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy and completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency. Additionally, a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is desirable.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 based on national averages for similar roles and taking into account the location and industry standards.
