We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level customer service to all customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage internal and external relationships to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Answer questions and provide explanations regarding insurance coverage, limits, and deductibles.
  • Handle agent and policyholder-related paperwork and documentation.
  • Maintain a consistent quality and quantity of work at prescribed standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Three years of related work experience, preferably in an insurance agency or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and learn online systems, such as our Hawksoft customer database system.
  • Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
