Position Overview

The Game Day Server will deliver exceptional hospitality to guests in our exclusive areas during major sporting events. Available roles include food service, beverage runners, and suite service personnel. This is a seasonal opportunity.

Compensation: This role offers an hourly wage of $14.00 plus tips.

Part-Time Benefits: Eligible part-time roles include access to a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Additionally, employees in part-time, seasonal, and internship positions accrue paid leave at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours annually.

Responsibilities
  • Capable of carrying multiple entrees per tray.
  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to guests in alignment with established service standards.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs.
  • Set up and maintain food and beverage stations throughout the venue.
  • Manage inventory for food and beverage stations effectively.
  • Keep event areas and front-of-house spaces organized and clean.
  • Assist in both the setup and breakdown of service items.
  • Work independently during quieter periods.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Maintain a high level of social interaction with staff and patrons.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Lift and move objects as required.
  • Exhibit a customer-focused, positive, and professional demeanor.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Have a basic understanding of arithmetic operations.
  • Stand for extended periods as needed.
  • Bend, stretch, twist, or reach as necessary.
  • Lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 30 lbs. and frequently 15 lbs.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least one year of experience in events, catering, or food service preferred.
  • Must be at least eighteen years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
