Position Overview

The Game Day Server will deliver exceptional service to guests in our exclusive areas during major sporting events. Available roles include food service, concession operations, and suite service. This is a seasonal opportunity.

Compensation: This role offers an hourly wage of $14.00 plus tips.

Benefits for Part-Time Roles: Includes a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Additionally, employees in part-time, seasonal, and internship positions will accrue paid leave at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.

Responsibilities
  • Capable of carrying multiple entrees per tray efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage service in line with established hospitality standards.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs.
  • Set up and maintain food and beverage stations throughout the venue.
  • Manage inventory for food and beverage supplies.
  • Keep event areas and service stations organized and clean.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of service items.
  • Work independently during quieter periods.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Maintain a high level of social interaction with guests and staff.
  • Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy in service.
  • Handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Lift and move objects safely.
  • Exhibit a customer-focused, positive, and professional demeanor.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Have a basic understanding of arithmetic operations.
  • Stand for extended periods as required.

  • Address simple inquiries or complaints from guests and staff.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least one year of experience in event services, banquets, or restaurant settings preferred.
  • Must be at least eighteen years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
