Job Summary

The Lead Server is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the serving of guests in all Club areas. This role requires a personable and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Setup and Execution: Ensure all clubs are set prior to events, and oversee the setup of food and beverage service areas.
  • Quality and Hospitality: Ensure quality and hospitality throughout all Club areas, and maintain excellent attendance and availability to work events as scheduled.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise team members on non-event and event days, and direct any other inquiries to the correct entity and/or personnel.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory: Maintain, resolve, and enforce cash handling policies and procedures, and monitor and maintain inventory control and product requisition.
  • Alcohol Service and Safety: Supervise the service of beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, and monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures.
  • Sanitation and Health: Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas, and ensure that location equipment is operable and clean prior to start of events.
Requirements
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working in a supervisory capacity in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the work area, and to lift, pull, and push objects as needed.
