The Assistant Community Operations Manager will be expected to assume the responsibilities of the Property Manager during their absence. Therefore, candidates must possess outstanding customer service abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, specifically in a Tax Credit environment, is required. Certifications in Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) are advantageous.

  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Organize resident events and manage community newsletters.
  • Experience with Yardi Software is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Pay close attention to detail regarding both property management and Tax Credit documentation.
