Key Duties:

- Payables Management:

Handle vendor billing and guarantee prompt disbursements.

Examine and reconcile billing inconsistencies.

Keep precise records and documentation for all financial transactions.

Facilitate and execute electronic payments and transfers.

Assist with end-of-month closing and auditing tasks.

- Receivables Management:

Create and dispatch invoices to customers.

Track and follow up on overdue payments.

Reconcile accounts and address billing issues.

Maintain accurate records of client transactions.

Support the preparation of financial reports.

- General Financial Support:

Assist in generating financial statements and reports.

Provide support to the finance team with various accounting activities as required.

Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Financial Operations Specialist or in a comparable accounting position.

Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline preferred.
