Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations and enhancing the employee experience. Your primary focus will be to assist candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR email communications, acting as the initial point of contact for candidate inquiries and providing timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, administer pre-employment evaluations, and maintain organized candidate records.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by sending necessary employment information and conducting screenings for new hires.
  • Relay candidate details to interview panels, including management and senior leadership.
  • Provide administrative support on a daily basis and assist with various HR projects.
  • Compile weekly recruitment reports to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
