Role Summary:
The Automotive Service Specialist plays a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently while adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
COMPENSATION: RANGES FROM $25-$40/HR, BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose vehicle issues based on relevant certifications and experience.
- Execute tasks as outlined in the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with precision and timeliness.
- Communicate technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-technical personnel, including management and customers.
- Advise on essential services to maintain vehicle performance, documenting all recommendations thoroughly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
- Maintain required ASE certifications and ensure timely renewal of any expiring credentials.

Qualifications:
- Preferred minimum of one unexpired ASE certification or equivalent experience.
- Possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to work a minimum of five days a week, including Saturdays.
