Senior Environmental Health and Safety Manager

DSJ Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing our safety programs to ensure the well-being of our personnel and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and promote the EHS vision along with a strategic three- to five-year plan, ensuring effective training and company-wide communications.
Set annual EHS goals and objectives, overseeing the implementation of corporate EHS management systems.
Collaborate with various departments to design, implement, and audit best practices for EHS performance on assigned projects.
Monitor key EHS metrics to evaluate performance across the organization, ensuring safety metrics are tracked and reported.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) are highly valued.
In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations.
Proficient in computer applications relevant to EHS management.
Experience in hazard identification and accident/incident investigation.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent presentation abilities.
Experience developing and delivering training programs.
