Job Overview
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Manhattan Restorative Health Sciences, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. With a focus on providing outstanding customer service, this position involves greeting patients, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate patient profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally.
  • Perform various administrative and clerical duties, including printing, copying, scanning, and faxing documents as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in our Electronic Health Record system.
  • Efficiently manage multiple appointment schedules for providers, patients, and appointment types.
  • Verify and manage patient payments according to practice policy.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role (hospitality backgrounds encouraged to apply).
  • Energetic, challenge-driven, personable, and responsible with a professional demeanor.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service to a diverse patient population.
