Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Novant Health. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for timely and accurate recording of patient demographics, insurance information, patient charges, and collections in a variety of settings. You will also schedule patient appointments in a timely and accurate manner and cross-train in multiple administrative support functions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role requires a High School Diploma and one year of clerical experience in a medical office setting, preferred. Additional skills required include knowledge of medical office software, excellent verbal communication skills, ability to work with changing priorities, and maintain confidentiality. Basic medical terminology is also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of EPIC systems and familiarity with coding requirements for practice specialty.

The successful candidate will be part of an environment that fosters teamwork, team member engagement, and community involvement.
