**Seeking Experienced Manual Testers for Immediate Contract Engagement**

Join our team as a Manual Testing Expert and contribute to the success of our government client's customer-facing web application project.

As a Manual Testing Expert, you will be responsible for conducting manual user acceptance testing, identifying and documenting defects and issues, collaborating with a team of experts to review and refine testing processes, and providing professional communication with customers as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct manual user acceptance testing for a customer-facing web application.
  • Identify and document defects and issues in test cases, ensuring thorough analysis and resolution.
  • Collaborate with a team of experts to review and refine testing processes.
  • Provide professional communication with customers as needed.

Required Skills:

  • At least 1 year of manual testing experience with a proven ability to identify defects and issues.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working on customer-facing web applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to write and execute test scripts.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide professional customer correspondence.
  • Prior experience in municipality or utility industries.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
