Sales Expert for Mid-Market Growth

Bugcrowd is a leading provider of security solutions that empower organizations to take back control of their cybersecurity. We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Expert to join our team and drive growth in the mid-market segment.
As a Sales Expert, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to close, with a focus on achieving quarterly quotas within your designated territory. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role that requires adaptability and a strong work ethic. You must be comfortable with change and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, including experience in a closing role, and a proven track record of developing a territory and overachieving sales objectives. Cybersecurity sales experience, particularly in pen testing, is a plus.
You will be responsible for generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, Channel Partner engagement, and effectively guiding your assigned Business Development Representative to manage inbound and outbound activities. Achieving yearly quota, building 3x quota pipeline, and growing existing clients are key responsibilities of this role.
