Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering a high volume of calls from clients
  • Documenting call details in our ticketing platform
  • Providing clear expectations to customers on issue resolution timelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of call center experience in a technical or pharmacy environment
  • Technical or Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location.
