Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our Wash Cycle Laundry team. This role is critical in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to lead and train teams effectively.
Our company provides commercial and hotel laundry services to businesses across Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 annually, based on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure all laundry services exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the laundry process to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the production team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality and process metrics, providing reports to management and recommending process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidate must have experience working in a regulated environment, demonstrating familiarity with strict compliance standards and procedures relevant to safety, quality, and industry-specific regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA 30, CSP) is highly desirable.
