Enterprise Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at JumpCrew in Nashville, TN. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential growth companies and developing relationships with decision makers through cold outreach.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify potential customers and develop a deep understanding of their needs and requirements
- Sell solutions or bundles of solutions to senior executives and C-suite decision makers to meet their needs and address difficulties
- Demonstrate consistent daily habits of progressing sales pipeline through sales stages and implementing detailed next steps for each opportunity
- Develop a strategic approach to building a healthy pipeline and meeting daily and monthly KPIs
About the Role:
This is a full-time position with a base salary of $59,000 per year, plus monthly commissions, resulting in a total earnings potential of $73,000 per year. We offer unlimited PTO, 9 company holidays, medical, dental/vision benefits, and a 401k plan. You will also have opportunities for learning and career growth, as well as the flexibility to bring your pet to the office.
Requirements:
- New business development experience selling enterprise subscriptions to marketing, technology, or product teams
- Background in SaaS sales and experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM system
- Experience with Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent tools
- Well-developed time management and organization skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
