Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to provide exceptional guest service and ensure seamless operations at our Front Desk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain front desk systems, including PBX and computer systems
  • Ensure accurate and efficient handling of guest transactions, including payments and refunds
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and surrounding areas
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software
