Job Description

Polar Marketing, a leading national company with offices spanning from coast to coast, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Trainee to join our high-performance team. As an entrepreneurial firm established almost a decade ago, we value dedication to success and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a transferable course of study and have 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, sales, or leadership. The Business Development Trainee will learn all aspects of our business to drive sales margins and enhance our team's abilities, progressing through entry-level sales and account management, training and developing roles, and transitioning into an office support manager over the next year to 18 months.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Leverage CRM systems to optimize sales profits.
  • Research targeted markets and territories for efficiency.
  • Engage with clients' consumers to educate them on products, sales promotions, and brand benefits.
  • Become an expert negotiator and closer to increase company sales revenue and gain expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate details and updated customer information on managed accounts.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
