We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Sales Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for developing your sales and leadership skills while working closely with our experienced Store Managers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, providing personalized service and ensuring their mattress needs are met.
  • Answer customer questions and inquiries regarding products and services, showcasing your product knowledge and expertise.
  • Seek out information and knowledge regarding new products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Set and achieve personal goals, consistently exceeding targets and demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
  • Presentation and preparation of contracts, processing transactions in POS, and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous work experience in any field where you have had regular interaction with people.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and learn new skills, with a strong desire to succeed and take on new challenges.
  • Experience with POS systems and Merchandise Inventory Systems, preferred.
