Job Overview

At INNOVATIVE THE LANDMARK, our mission is to ensure the highest level of care, comfort, and respect for our residents. We are seeking a dedicated individual with the necessary skills, abilities, and compassion to join our team as a full-time Maintenance Technician.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conducting maintenance, servicing, and repairs for both the interior and exterior of our facilities, which may include HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical work, painting, general labor, and landscaping.
  • Addressing maintenance requests from residents regarding repairs needed in their living spaces.
  • Maintaining effective communication with local fire marshals, building inspectors, and other regulatory bodies overseeing the community.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in general maintenance, including skills in painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and HVAC.
  • Familiarity with building equipment, codes, and systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • A passion for working with seniors.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer service-focused, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
  • Must provide proof of a clean driving record and have reliable transportation.
  • Professional appearance and punctuality are essential.
