Job Summary

NESCO Inc is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coating and Assembly: Apply coatings to circuit boards and inspect assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain coating and dispensing machines to ensure proper operating condition, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
  • Logistics and Inventory: Manage coating materials log to control FEFO (First Expired / First Out) and transport racks of circuit boards between destinations.
  • Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by performing general housekeeping duties and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Training and Development: Complete applicable Specific Function Training courses to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of various materials used in the manufacturing process and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Specific Function Training courses a plus.
