DME Staff Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of DME Staff Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the UK DME store and supervising staff. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate options and make efficient decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the UK DME store
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure efficient and effective management of DME inventory and logistics
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2 years of experience in DME, leadership, or healthcare inventory and logistics
- Strong technology and time management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Registration with the KY Board of Pharmacy
- Knowledge of DME billing and inventory management systems
