About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our industrial equipment and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance department to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Total Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines.
  • People Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, setting goals, managing performance, and developing competencies to drive business success.
  • Cost Management: Optimize maintenance costs, including spare parts inventory, to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize SAP and other technical tools to manage maintenance operations, with a strong background in press brakes, automation machinery, and heavy stamping.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, with a strong background in industrial equipment management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or maintenance management.
  • Skills: SAP, PLC repair, employee management, maintenance scheduling, automation equipment, press brakes.
